Annotated Bibliography
Over a three week period my group and I compiled information on Russia to get an ideal of what kind of issues their undergoing. Each person in my group created an annotated bibliography of 30-35 web sites on Russia. An annotated bibliography is a bibliography with a synopsis of a book, web site, or article. A synopsis is a brief outline or a general view. The web sites had to focus on the following issues: education, health care, women's issues, religion, and ethnic groups. My topic was discrimination against Russian ethnicity groups. Basically I researched numerous websites on Russian discrimination and gave my feedback on what I read from the article. I learned that there’s racial profiling in Russia and discrimination against certain Russian ethnicities.
