Paragraph.

My name is Paul Briley and I am sixteen years old. I’m from and reside in San Francisco California. I’m the youngest of seven children, 3 girls and 4 boys. My oldest brother is 30 years old and I’m sorry to say that my oldest sister would have been 27 but she was murdered. I have a diverse personality, but I tend to keep my focus on money. I plan on going to college and major in business and economics. In my neighborhood, I see a lot of people making illegal money that’s why I plan on going to college and getting an education so that I can get a legal job. During my free-time, I play sports, walk my dog, and jog in the park. I often hang out with my mother; we often go out to the movies or go out to eat. I usually accompany her when she goes out on errands. Many times I sit down when I am alone and write poetry. My poetry is sometimes sad as it reflects some of the struggles that I have gone through. Often I get inspiration for my poetry through the books that I read. Recently, I’ve read Crime and Punishment; I found this book to be a little hard to read because the author sometimes goes on and on about a subject before he finally gets to the point. However, I felt that the major point of Crime and Punishment was to show the point of view of the criminal side. Overall, I felt that the book was in many ways a parallel to my own life in that I’ve avoided many of the traps that were in the book and I’ve learned many lessons and have looked deep inside myself for what I truly want out of life.
